The Heavenly Eye destiny exchanges qi for spirit root and skill stats every month.

Be careful to have some qi at the end of the month so you can exchange it. If you don't you will lose vitality and lifespan!

The mod also introduces two enemy NPC's at the start of the game. Creating plot points with them is for upcoming patches.

Improves usefulness of qi gathering spots. Reduces difficulty of gaining skill points. Allows the player to more easily combine spirit roots (i.e. attributes).
