To further upgrade the Shtorm Platform to it's limits, the Shtorm E widens the hull as well as lengthens it for stability at Sea. A new Mast is given for a Radar to be implemented along with better stabilization. Her AK-390 Armament is removed for a modernized AK-660 weapon. She is also given the 'Dome' APS. Her torpedoes are modernized to Type 4Cs, which have better accuracy. Her propulsion, Steering, and Floatation are messed with signifacantly, as her turning circle was unstable on the Shtorm D model. Despite the propulsion improvements, she is lacking in speed compared to other MTBs, especially after Torpedo use.
