DOWN SPECIAL: Springlock. Traps the opponent in a springlock suit which stuns them long enough that you could probablly go on a month long vacation, and you could still come back and punish them.

UP SPECIAL: Purple guy is a vampire? The attack it has is actually rewarding now.

I may have also buffed his speed.
