Proficiency Class Irregular: Wanderer

Description
“Commander, Had some contact on old radio networks of possible new recruits. Unlike my other suggestions they seem to have some military action. They have been wandering the wilds since the invasion. Their skill set depends on what they have done or found since” Jane Kelly

The Wanderer class uses the Sniper rifle and Gremlin. They specialise keeping in the edge of vision and end with better vision than a normal soldier. They don’t have squadsight by default. Their aim is high and have a range of gremlin skills but no hack. They have 4 perk lines where each perk slot is from a random deck meaning no 2 wanderers are the same (this simulates the different experiences of a lone person in the wild).

Irregular classes are class that don’t fit normal military combat but more an idea, ethos or personality. Due to this they are rarely received by promotion and cannot be trained in the GTS. They can be recruited through a covert infiltration mission chain, and you can only spawn if you have less than 2.
If you don’t worry you can still use it, just go to the XComClassData.ini file in the workshop folder and change NumInForcedDeck=0 to NumInForcedDeck=1 to guarantee 1 to be promoted and make them available in the GTS or NumInDeck=2 to NumInDeck= 4 to get normally levels of promotions.

Proficiency: Wandering eye.
• Rank 1 – Grants 1 tile sight, phantom and lick your wounds
• Rank 2 – Grants 1 tile sight, Blend and Improved scanner.
• Rank 3 – Grants 1 tile sight, conceal and target definition

Class Trees
Killer – Enemy damage and keeping themselves in combat.
Territorial – Area and enemy control.
Utility– Equipment perks.
Techy – Gremlin perks.

GTS Perks
• Wanderer: To see-Proficiency Starts at Rank 2.
• Wanderer: To be unseen- Proficiency Starts at Rank 3.

Known Issues

• Stats from the proficiency perks will not show in the barracks but do in tactical.

Compatibility
• Psionics Ex Machina 3.0 - Supported (uncomment the line to enable psiamp secondary)
• Dedicated Pistol Slot - Supported natively
• [SOCI] Chain: Rescue Resistance Leader. – only needed if running Covert infiltration. Can be ignored if you have edited the ClassData file mentioned above.
• I am aware that shadow ops perk pack require LW2 classes and perks as a requirement and this mod alters some base game perks. If you don’t want/like the changes use this mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1790938526 by deadput instead as they have a way of toggling the changes on and off in the ini files.

Without the harasser you may get a blank perk as it takes one perk from that mod. You can remove it from the ini file manually

I am intrigued by the class. Seems like it oculd be fitting to make the Courier with some NCR armor. But holy that's a shopping list of prerequisites. Is the harasser class a hard dependency?

I'm really interested in this class, but I'm not really interested in the harasser class. Is that a hard requirement?

in the XCOMGameData.ini you put the wrong weapon name in items[1]
you put sniper_rifle instead of sniperrifle_cv causing tehm to carry no weapon in the character pool

Finally found the issue with scanning perks. So a change in prof perks which should be automatic and to squaddie which will mean you will need to rebuild the soldier.
