THIS IS OUTFITTER VERSION, THAT CUT DOWN IN TEXTURE QUALITY, AND HAVE NO NPC
ORIGINAL UPLOAD IS HERE

IEX is Niero's Institute Expeditionary outfit made for FO4. He uploaded it to nexusmods with big customization including faction variations. But with respect to original author, i stick to default one - other skins you can find on original FO4 mod page

Playermodels (female and male versions, but they're pretty much the same)

Credits
As stated - this is Niero's work[www.nexusmods.com], and all credit for original mesh, textures and etc goes to him
"♥♥♥♥ inside head" helped with understanding proportion trick
And I just ported model in GMOD
