1. Get the mod with skin you want.
2. Delete everything except "materials" folder.
3. Repack that folder into .vpk and put in "addons" folder.
4. To remove skin, delete that .vpk.

This will force this mod to use that skin, however you can only have 1 skin for 1 model as these skin won't appear in addon list in-game.

fixed hammer and flashlight placement , flashlight in firstperson view now attached to camera for better gameplay .
