How do i access the other difficulties?

The difficulty slider in Journey Mode is a linear slider; the stats which are modified, however, can be individually tuned. This means that even if I could make it work with the difficulty slider, modded difficulties likely wouldn't even fit into the linear scale which the slider suggests.
