Frozen Hero Shield

Adds an upgrade to the Frozen and Hero Shields - pretty self explanatory!

Can be crafted at the Tinkerer's Workstation with either

* Frozen Shield + Flesh Knuckles
* Hero Shield + Frozen Turtle Shell


Combines the functionalities of the Frozen Shield and Hero Shield:

* +10 Defense
* Grants immunity to knockback
* Absorbs 25% of damage done to players on your team when above 25% life
* Puts shell around the owner wehn below 50% life that reduces damage by 25%
* Enemies are more likely to target you
