Stone Camps +

Adds the stone camp trader that was missing from the base game in addition to a few other immersive flavors to the Stone Camps of the eastern UC. There is another mod which does the same thing, but I wanted to make a custom interior for the stone camp trader, whereas the other one is just a copy of the General Merchant interior. I also filled some of the empty buildings in Port South with residents. (Outpost III has a generic noble, the empty stormhouse is a General Storage)
