Winter Sound Fixer

You may or may not have noticed that during Winter the audio becomes kind of muffled. This was an intentional design choice from the Dev Team, I believe their reason was that it added to the ambience of Winter.

I'm not much of a fan though, the sound being muffled is kind of distracting and annoying for me. Especially bad considering that it also affects the work music that plays during Winter.
This mod removes the muffled aspect of the audio during winter.
