@Boom Boom Any and all achievements on steam do not stop your achievements IF you have beaten Mom once. Once you have beat her once, you can freely use any mods and not worry about losing achievements.

because a pooter moving slow asf over a rock takes more time and you need to beat mom's foot in under 20 mins to even be able to start boss rush
