Better Bloodstalker Taming

Description
Based on my Desmodus mod, this makes changes to the intial tame effectiveness for Bloodstalkers that will make it start at 100% effectiveness but will still naturally decrease over time.

This is not a remap and only affects existing and newly spawned vanilla creatures so you can remove it at any time.

Is it possible to make a "Better Reaper Taming" type mod that would allow the player to change the amount of damage that needs to be dealt on the Reaper Queen before it can give you it's baby?
