Tiny Cargo Helicopter that can land both on land and water, Very Ceap way of transporting Resourses and its Purley RTG Powered.

-Purley RTG Powered, no need for fuel

Just a Quick way of getting a small amount of resourses from one point to another.
Note: it dose run out of Battery power, this only affects if when its in play, this thing is supposed to be out of play most of its lifespan.

Pro tip: you can just scrap it after it reaches its destination and delivered its materials
