Made right after the production of Zulu Echo Echo, she wasn't used due to massive shifts in design and doctrine, thus she was stricken from use, and mothballed.
Her life was reborn after the 4th campaign, with the need of a ship to counter the use of a modernized Izuna Class Battleship. She was special, to go as fast as possible, unique design and upgrade changes to her sisters. She looked nothing like Z.E.E. and Harashi, being refit to the last weld. Her main Armament was the triple ER guns, special to fight the growing need of fast projectiles that could reach to extreme capacities. She was considered the last battlecruiser.
Modernized extensively, she owns the highest top speed of any large-ship for TNC, and with many smart design choices to make the weaponry less complex, yet keeping the same firepower, she has extensive armor. She owns the most armor of any ship in the CCG Fleet, and goes one of the fastest. Somewhat compared to a pocket battleship mixed with a battlecruiser, she is the last of the Harashi class.
