The second prototype of the replacement for Alfa.

Built off of the fame of SRA-3 Alfa/Alfa (BI), Alfa 2 is her sucessor. She is considerably faster, being barely legal. Her hull is a mixed skin design with some propulsion on the outer sides, making them in-turn fragile to fire, but allow for the actual hull to be smaller. Her interceptor capacity can be very good for at least hunting down capital scale warships, anything faster than it will most likely be deterred with the front weapons, which are range extended. She is selected for use in TNC-5 as the replacement for SRA-3 Alfa.
