Made in an effort to actually have a capable defense frigate, it became the star of the Fleet's small vessels, having so many capabilities to fit for the CCG Fleet/Navy. Being quick for reaction defense, and a large enough armament, combined with it's full speed smoke, speed, and small turning circle, it could take on DDs, CA/CLs, and potentially BBs. The one thing it truly lacks in AA, but the Cannons are suffiecient for dealing with pesky Anti-Naval Helicopters, that or just out turn it. Complex in nature, a beauty in deep. During the 3rd campaign, she would do nothing, but sink to overwhelming enemy fire. During the downtime between the 3rd and 4th campaign, she was upgraded with back-up steering control, which would prove paramount in the 4th campaign, specifically, the final battle.
She would kill 2 ships before she was sunk due to a Anti-Naval-Warfare Helicopter.
