Terraria Unfairity Mode is a pretty cool mod that makes life a living hell!
current changes:
Hoplites now "Hop"
Bone Lee is ridiciously fast
Certain enemies now spawn on the surface
Skeleton Archers are nerfed pre-hardmode

EoC has a long flamethrower and inflicts a lot of DoTs

Splinterling inflicts bleeding for 1 minute
Flying snakes now rapidly shoot stingers
Bats can clip through walls
Chaos elementals are now 2x faster and teleport way more
Probes now explode on death which damages you
Leech has life drain like vampire knives
Bone serpents shoot bones everywhere
Meteor heads have corite ai
Ice slimes freeze you for 2 seconds
Reapers just fucking instakill you
and dune splicers and tomb crawlers explode into sand upon death

Nice! I hope the community has a lot in store when it comes to suggestions.
For my suggestion, I would make the bat's hitbox smaller, if possible. If not, just buffing the damage/health/spawn rates would fit.
