Description
This is a retro-futuristic looking modular highrise with no particular inspiration. The stats are as follows:

Type: Growable High Density Residential 4x4 L5
Height: 101m/333ft

I recommend subscribing to the Loading Screen Mod , as the Hi-Rise 3 assets share their textures between clean and rusted versions and will cut the filesize for the entire collection down to roughly 80mb.

@niklas.larsson I use MrMiyagi's Polynesia 2.0 theme as a base, and through Theme Mixer mostly textures from MonteBelo, Laviante and Caledonia. Additionally I have Relight and Ultimate Eyecandy active
