Improved HandCannon

Description
At the request of many families this mod tries to bring the hand cannon into relevancy by increasing its damage from 50 up to 70.
Ammo production was also made easier, handcannon ammo now requires lead instead of physicorium and produces 6 rounds instead of 4.
