E2A2 - Energy to Ammo System

Description
Behold! The latest tech from Weapons AI Engineer Unit V0C4L-01D-L3N! The E2A system!

This magnificent machine directly converts energy into matter, specifically, AMMO!

No longer worry about pesky things like "Magnesium" or "Uranium" for your weapons; Just use your local Solar/Wind Farm!

A MASSIVE thanks to the Keen Software Discord Modding channel and all its members, without them, this mod could not exist.


TECHNICAL DETAILS:
Grabs a list of all ammo types on world load, then adds them to the machine and converts their material cost to energy cost; should support anything considered a "Magazine." Power consumption of the machine is 1KW at base speed and consumption rate. Config can be adjusted to increase or decrease the multiplier of costs.


Costs per unit of material in Watts are as follows:
Iron: 6.5
Nickel: 9
Cobalt: 10
Magnesium: 18
Silicon: 2.5
Silver:10
Gold: 18
Uranium:50
Platinum:25
Unkn. Material: 150

WIP: There are most definitely bugs. Feel free to tell me any you find!

Known Bug: The 'Small Grid' E2A appears to have an inventory limit the size of the 64 bit integer limit. I have no idea why. Please contact me or leave a comment if you know how to fix this.

Also if I wasn't clear in my first text, I'm referring to the menu where you edit the ammo type and speed of the block

Whenever I restart my world, the block data doesn't save and I tried on a clean world but if it just doesn't have the functionality to do that, can you please add it?
