It gives a destiny that makes it so the enemy's family/friends don't know it was you who killed them.

That's what happened to me and made me do the mod :P.
Long story short, I think the same you do. The current system is..."silly", to say it in a nice way. Idk why it's even there, as without mods the rewards for killing aren't even good. You mostly get trash. Usually, you only kill when they attack you first lol.

I think Dev should create some system like this mod at least NPCs need to in (x tiles) range from the event to trigger hunting or to know we kill someone

You're welcome :P. And there are more in Nexusmods. I'm sure they'll either get put here (which IMO is more convenient) or you can just download them from there :)
