Modern Elementary School (4x2) - Coventry Elementary School

This small elementary school is perfect for anyone struggling with lack of space inside of their cities. This small, yet effective object gives better results in educating your citizens at the cost of higher price and maintenance.

The building itself comes with 4 color variants and is inspired by an ingame office building I found.
I haven't imported a LOD model yet, so the LOD version of the building is generated by the game.
