Setups get updated reguarly.
Even if it says TT setup, all my setups are made for racing.
The way i make them is i make a ground base setup in TT, then i tweak it in training.
So if it still say TT im not done with the setup. and updates will come
Any feedback is appriciated.

25 ussually but also 50 % can handle the TT setups because also the tyre wear change. For example at 5 laps you will have 30-35 % wear at RED also at 25% race you wili have 30-35% RED at 8 Laps and at 50% Race RED you will have 30-35% at 13-15 Laps

Yes TT = time trial, since time trials dont get affected by tyre wear and such, TT setups can be much harder on tyre heat and wear. hence you dont want to use TT setups for racing purpose
