Phanes is a very minimalist mining SV, using only 2 mechanical drills & minimal other components to keep total resources down. Phanes is designed for Reforged Eden only, and requires no CPU Extenders.

It has an O2 tank, that will oxygenate the cabin. To keep costs down, I did not include an oxygen station to refill your personal suit.
