this addon allows to record in a database every time the player:
  1. Use Noclip
  2. Send a message
  3. Die
  4. Kill
  5. Connect to the server
  6. Use physgun

The command to access your stats is with:
!stats

The command to access the database is with (Only Superadmin and Admin):
!stats admin
