# Solus Katana V0X - Solus Katana Upgrades

Adds Solus Katana upgrade recipes to the Separator addon of the Replicator that turns Asra Nox's sword into the katana it was meant to be.

The upgrades are just JSON modifications of the original Solus Katana that changes its melee combo. Hence, they should be compatible with any mod that doesn't touch the vanilla Solus Katana. They should also be able to be used in multiplayer.

To obtain them, I recommend using `/admin` to craft them for free. Alternatively they can be crafted in Treasured Trophies

## Solus Katana V0
An upgrade that makes the katana wieldable with one hand and gives it a fast, spammable, long-reach 2-hit combo that can hit multiple times in one strike.

## Solus Katana VX
An upgrade that gives the katana a fast, spammable, long-reach 3-hit combo and alters its special ability. Instead of shooting out exploding kunai, the katana can now be charged for 5 seconds before dealing an absurd amount of damage. Cooldown is 10 seconds.

## Solus Katana VX Lite
The one-handed version of the Solus Katana VX that deals higher combo damage.

- Added crafting recipes to Treasured Trophies because apparently you can't craft them while not in Admin mode, and they are just custom JSON weapons so I need to make them new items so that they can be craftable. Anyone have a solution to this? Much appreciated.
- Moved crafting recipes to tier 1 crafting anvil. (Can only be crafted there in Admin mode; see above point)

- Overhauled animations. V0 now has a spammable 2-hit combo.
- Added two new upgrade recipes to the Solus Katana, one one-handed and one two-handed. Both can deal higher damage and have a 3-hit combo. Two-handed variant's ability is a devastating charged draw slash.

- Added an upgrade recipe for the Solus Katana that replaces the combo with a quick spammable horizontal slash.

effects of solus katana is currently bugged there is no attack effect just teleporting solus katana can you please fix it?

@NRanvier13 You can't just spawn them in; they're vanilla Solus Katanas with modified parameters, like the ones here:

Rather, you craft them at the tier 3 separator anvil (only if you're in admin mode), or at Treasured Trophies.

oh ok i tried spawning all the solus katana items with sip but they all looked like the defaut one it has a new sprite added to it right?

Which katana mods cause problems? This is just a custom JSON mod that essentially gives you a vanilla Solus Katana with its parameters modified to have a new combo, ability and blade color. If you could tell me the katana mods that cause problems, I can look into it and possibly come up with a fix.

Only katanas added as mods cause problems. Normal katanas appear fine.
