Soul Formation Elixer: gives everything up to soul formation and Breath of Soul Formation Boost

Breath of Soul Formation Boost: Gives Items to compensate for the loss when not using the stairway to heaven version also gives items to reduce stats in case of over use

Defense Negative Boost

Couldn't figure out how to get xp, so the work around is to join a sect and use contribution points gained with item for cultivating (Sorry).
