The Tiny Racoon pokemon
Zigzagoon restlessly wanders everywhere at all times. This Pokemon does so because it is very curious. It becomes interested in anything that it happens to see.

Neutral B - Fling - Zigzagoon throws a everstone at the opponent (Nobody knows how many he has on himself at all times)

Side B - Flail - Zigzagoon flails around for a small amount of time, this attack is quite dangerous

Down B - Counter - Zigzagoon focuses for a short while gaining confidence for a counter attack

Up B - Substitute - Zigzagoon summons a substitute doll to jump from and gain some height

ULTRA - Extreme speed - Zigzagoon runs at the apponent at high speeds and dealing a massive amount of damage on impact

Great character that feels competitively viable. Down B counter into Side B is pretty broken though, can easily get a free 40+% off of it.
