[DN] Auto Dismiss Letters

Description

This mod, when enabled, automatically dismisses all letters after a set period of time.
By default, this time is 30 seconds, but the user can choose any time they want through the included settings menu.

I have 750 new research available letters. I dont know if this mod caused 750 of them, but this mod isnt dismissing them. Debug log relatively clean and I have an autoclicker now.

As I keep right-clicking, I wish this had been available in 1.5.
