Description
What does this mod do?
This mod removes the "Is Independent or a Tributary" check from all decisions, allowing subjects of any kind to form other nations. This version is specifically for Extended Timeline.
Not only will this allow you to feed your subjects in order to make them into stronger nations, but it'll also ensure that every colony is unique, and doesn't have the horrible generic colonial ideas.

Ironman Incompatible



Subjects that can form other nations:
  • Vassals
  • Personal Unions
  • Marches
  • Colonies
  • Client States

How does it work?
It's nothing more than a simple removal of these two line from all decision files:
is_free_or_tributary_trigger = yes
is_subject = no

You can download this mod and it will do it automatically
Or
You can manually find where the mod is downloaded and remove the lines from every decisions file.
