Penguin Piracy Reborn races declutter

I made this mod for my personal use although, if you wish, you can ask for a modified copy.
This mod removes the races "Puffin", "Albino Penguin", "Rockhopper Penguin", "Robo Penguin" and the 4 elemental penguins from the character creation screen, the above species are from "Penguin Piracy Reborn" and it requires it.
It will keep the other 3 (vanilla penguins, manic penguins and regular penguins)
It won't remove the actual species or alter the mod or remove the species from the game or npcs, just remove them from the character creation screen.
