Hellcannons for Daemons and Ogres

Lord skills, research, etc effects on hellcannons. Kho=skullcannons, Sla=Chariots,Tze=Flamer,Ogr=Ironblaster

Units from previous games are currently locked and the game checks for content ownership, but in the prologue there is an enemy hellcannon that is not attached to that system. So with this mod you can recruit them if you play Prince,Slaanesh or Khorne factions...and ogres, because it's not that farfecthed to think that Greasus with all his wealth and power might hire or intimidate some exiled Chaos Dwarfs engines for his regiments. No Nurgle though mostly because their recruitment system and hellfire is bad for their precious germs.
