YD's Stonemasonry

What does this Mod do?
This mod adds a building to the city centre called Stonemasonry, it is unlocked by Apprenticeship tech.
This building gives +3 Production per turn to the city it is built in when complete. And gives all Stone, Marble, & Gypsum tiles within the city's borders +1 Production & +1 Gold.

Compatibility & Requirements
Compatibility = All Mods.
Requirements = None.
