UPDATED TO 0.33.1
Adds plants that grow Resources.

Features:
Adds Copper, Iron and Gold Crops
Adds Tier 1 and Tier 2 Essence Crops
Adds Tier 1 and Tier 2 Essence
Adds Copper, Iron and Gold Essence
Kill hostile mobs to get a 15% chance to drop 1 Tier 1 Essence.

Recipes (on Demonic Workbench):
1x Tier 1 Essence Seed = 8x Tier 1 Essences + 1x Grass Seed
1x Tier 2 Essence Seed = 8x Tier 2 Essence Seeds + 1x tier 1 Essence Seed
1x Tier 2 Essence = 8x Tier 2 Essence + 4x Demonic Bar
Any Metal (Iron/Gold/Copper) Seeds = 4x Tier 2 Essence + 1x Tier 2 Essence Seed + 4x Any Bars

Smelting:
1x Any Metal Ore = 4x Any Metal Essence

If anyone wants to contribute, look at the code or report issues more easily there is a github page for this mod

Updated to latest 0.33.1 version. I will try to update it to 1.0 when released!
