Dynasty legacies screen fix

This mod adds a major decision that allows you to accesss dynastic legacies, in case you encounter a bug where the „show legacies” button is not available.

How this bug occurs:

If your culture and dynasty has access to many legacies (A north-Germanic character that participate as an involved character in the Iberian struggle while owning Royal Court). This problem can affect you. Needless to say, if you have mods that adds legacies (such as Rice) you are more likely to encounter this issue.

What happens is that the dynasty legacy icons push down the „open legacies” button. The only way to access dynastic legacies is to become the house head and wait as long as your dynasty gains enough renown to get a new point to spend on your legacies.

Until Paradox or more talented developer doesn’t finds a solution to the problem, this might be your best option:

Because of the lightweight nature of the mod, game updates cannot brake it, unless decision tab gets a major rework.
