Description
Austin Theory rose quickly through the indies to get to NXT in 2019, then joined the main roster full time in 2021.

The former Evolve champion looked like a future star in NXT and spent time as part of Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae's stable, The Way.

On the main roster, Theory became a favorite of Vince McMahon and soon after dropped his first name. He won the WWE United States Championship in April 2022, becoming the youngest ever to hold that title. He lost the belt to Bobby Lashley at Money in the Bank, but Theory had the last laugh that night as he won the Money in the Bank ladder match as a late entrant and celebrated by taking a selfie with the briefcase atop a ladder.
