Description
ALL ANIMATIONS FEATURED IN THIS MOD WERE NOT MADE BY ME. THEY WERE MADE BY IIOPN.

THE MP5 AND SHOTGUN MODELS WERE ALSO NOT MADE BY ME. THEY WERE MADE BY IIOPN.


After constant on and off progress with getting to where we are now, I finally present the IIopn animation patch for my weapon soundpack!

What does this mod do?
All this mod does is replace some sound files for the Glock, .357 Magnum, Crossbow, RPG, Tau Cannon and Hand Grenades so that they all sync with IIopn's animations.

This mod also contains all of IIopn's animations, so if you have any mods that may conflict with the Glock, .357 Magnum, Crossbow, RPG, Tau Cannon and/or Hand Grenades, please disable your mods first before installing this mod!

Yeah pretty much. Oh, if you want to know what other sounds this mod changes, please refer to the description of my other mod which can be found here.


If the mod doesn't work at first, type "snd_restart" in the console.

If it still doesn't work then set up a custom folder in your Black Mesa directory and move the .vpk file from your workshop download folder to your custom folder. The workshop download folder can be found in the following directory: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\362890.

can you make a version that doesn't come with the animations included? i use the thanez pack which uses iiopn's animations.

After an hour of testing I realise MOST of the models and animations load after changing the model quality in the video settings. I recommend changing this in the menu (and changing it back if you want) before starting a game. After that they all load correctly with no issue. I also have other workshop mods installed like Half Life 1 Style Ammo + 300 Uranium Ammo and SMG 900RPM + 2/3 Recoil + Mag size 40 mod which DOES effect the sound of the mp5 and now sounds more like an mp5 on steroids. Be sure to check it out cuz it sounds awesome.
