Description
No need to do Comprehend, all stats from books are maxed from the starts. This also affect NPC.

*this mod is machine generated (too many to change manually), expect weird values.

This mod is safe to remove, once you remove this mod, the stats on book will revert back to it's actual value.

Usefull since Comprehend is buggy in the current patch (Blank without text)

But, if you ask me, the main difficulty is not the roll-back cost, but the materials for comprehension.
True, you can abuse alt+f4, but I am not sure, if it works on Chaos.

This mode is a double-edged sword.

Yes, it does max out the stats on your skills. And that is great, thank you for that <3

Now for the crucial:
This mod MAX-es stats on ALL Skills. That means, HC become stronger (not so much, but still. 15-30% increase in strength, if I should guess)
