A mod which reworks how depth charges works
Depth charges are now destructable meaning more dynamic gameplay
and it'll be alot harder to distract a doom worm with just one

Changes:
All depth charges are now destructable
All depth charge launches and sinks faster
Depth charges explodes on destruction or impact (with 1s delay for dramatic effect)
Decoys ONLY explodes on destruction
Depth charges sinks significantly faster than decoys
Added EMP effect to both nuclear depth charge (good against pirates/structure now)
Added a sonar label so you can name the decoys (leave blank if you don't want it to show up)
Added a cool atmospheric light to decoys
Added Sprites for nuclear decoy

Bugs:
Depth charge ignore projectile until it has impacted something
(Bug with core code can't do much)
