Description
Prevents all enclaves from spawning in the galaxy, including the Overlord DLC ones.

Update -- several hours into using this mod in 2025 and I have not seen any enclaves. It seems to still work.

confirming for everyone, despite not having been updated this mod still works as intended (as far as I can tell, at least)
