Description
Reupload, fixed handling and whatnot.

- Fully working lights.
- Illuminating dashboard.
- Tachometer and Speedometer matched to simfphys UI (worldsize).
- New experimental handling module, may handle differently than usual.
- Semi-accurate gearing, along with 0-100 times.

Highly doubt I will do any rescripts after this one, enjoy!
