Blasted Lands: Outland Combine Replacement

Description

Replaces the Combine Elite and Prison Guards with special "Outland Force" variants from a criminally underrated Episode 2 mod called "Blasted Lands."

Too bad these aren't their own NPC's. I like how they look, but I much prefer downloading separate NPC's than replacements.

Wouldn't really make sense to see a zombine outside of prospekt... I'll see if i can try to make it for original combine. ill credit you for it
