Forgotten Factory - Combine Survival

Welcome to the Forgotten Factory!

The Rebels have taken shelter in an abandoned factory near the ocean shore. The Combine wants to take this base as their own, defend and survive as long as you can!

This is a sandbox-based survival, where endless hordes of enemies come at you, while you shoot and survive. It can be played with any number of players, the recommended for this map is 1-4 players.

Add your favorite weapons and get killing! This game is meant to be played in sandbox; you may use the vanilla weapons, but you can also subscirbe to some weapon addons, like TFA and CW 2.0.


Here are the things you can edit to optimize your experience:

- Base health: If 5 enemies enter the base, the game ends! You can set this to 10, or you can turn this off before starting the game (you can manually restart at the spawn area).

- Difficulty: Ranging from 1 to 4, harder difficulty means more, and tougher enemies.

- Heat Mode: When set, the game will start at difficulty 1 and increase after a certain number of enemies have died. This makes the game more dynamic. There may be something if you survive long enough in the heat with max base health set to 5

- Swarm Mode: The zombies are upon us! They can smell wherever you are so don’t try to hide. Survive as long as you can.


Some other features:

- Weapon dumpster: Instantly removes all your weapons, so you can play without the physgun and the other weapons in your inventory.

- Ammo shelf (needs sv_cheats 1 in multiplayer): Maxes out the ammo of your currently held weapon.

- Lag Compensation: Have you noticed npcs seldom not loose hp when you hit them in multiplayer? Lag Compensation is a built-in feature which is enabled on this map. (WILL NOT BE ENABLED ON OTHER MAPS)

-Scout area: Interact with the TV to enter the map without having to worry about enemies. Set up a defence or scope out vantage points!

Incompatible addons:
- Addons that mess with the AI of the combine units will probably break this map, so enable them with caution
- The combine has issue shooting smaller playermodels, you must be above 1,7m tall to play this map :/
