Update 5-29-25
Rainbow vomit attack re-enabled.
Update 10-10/2023
Made add-ons for "no touch damage", "low touch damage", and "gross attacks enabled"
They are all supposed to be compatible with each other but "no touch damage" will override "low touch damage"
Took me long enough. I finally had a day when I could think clearly.

Removed touch damage on all generated monsters as requested. I was going to make a separate patch but this is probably the better option. I hope people still even play this game. I plan to do more stuff to my mods after September. Sorry to keep y'all waiting.

I am immensely grateful for the effort put into the original mod. I have used it for years.

Allows procedurally generated monsters to use special (ranged) attacks. Some changes are made in the monster skill files and projectiles.

Should be compatible with everything except the original mod.
Both can't be installed at the same time.
Safe to uninstall at any time. Creatures generated with this mod will retain their elemental specials after the mod is removed.

What I changed/features
- I decreased the damage on touch a little bit.
- Each monster type has one physical and one elemental ranged attack. Some monsters used to have 2 elementals.
- Ground creatures have a chance to have a 2nd physical attack instead. Chance of pounce or charge. Flyers can get extra swoop.
- Bipeds use pounce attack
- Quadrupeds use charge attack
- Flyers use flying swoop
- Some body types don't have certain attacks enabled so they fit better to their frame
- Disabled the blood, bones, eyes, fish, and beetle vomit attacks. I got really tired of too many creatures randomly getting those attacks.
- Adjusted the animations so they creatures use the open mouth frames more
- Some attacks have a different speed, damage, or projectile count than the original mod. Bubble blast how has 10 bubbles down from 20 and rainbow vomit has 10 rainbows down from 40. It takes forever for them to finish. Water gun and acidic spit no longer generate liquid.

- I am very open to suggestions but I don't always know how to code some things.

Should I turn some of the gross attacks back on?

It's a really weird thing I can't figure out. I messed around with the wind up time or the attack distance but I just can't get it. I just took all the code from the other mod and I don't fully understand it.

Don't know if intentional but flyers cancel their ranged attacks if you're further than like 2 blocks away from them, even if the attack has enough range to get to you.

@Star Berry I'll take a look at the damage output and see what I can tweak. You might be right that the smaller creatures could have less intense power.
