Description
Gives all uniform 2 slots for small items

Local Changes:
Buy/sell price update
Deconstructable into fiber
Medic uniform has 2 normal slots and 2 medical only slots
Hats and other pocketless clothing should store better.

All NPC clothing now have stats or special effects!
Including but no limited to:
Skill Bonuses
Stat Bonuses (Eg. 15% medical item potency, 40% waterflow resistance, 10% Skillgain)
Extra Inventory slots for certain items or larger items
Movement speed buff/debuff (While holding crates or storing a medium item)

Go and collect them all!

Ended up just making my own version of this as Ghostsheets doesn't hasn't been on Baro in ages.

Seems like the LMG can now go inside a tool belt, as well there are some odd bugs with crew chiefs outfit and captain skill for more sales sometimes you get 1,2,5 or 6 sales randomly once you equip it and it seems to cause issues even if you take it off before the next station by giving odd amounts of sales.
