Description
Adds a pawn namer ruleset to Erin's Azaphrae.

The namer uses three lists of syllables - prefix, mid, end - to create names. Occasionally, it will throw out a human name from another custom list.

I like my alien races with suitably alien names - at least most of the time. :)
