Question- do we need permission for spec editing? (i've modified some custom specs for the V3 ARK and this one to be used in a upcoming pack)

My review of the Arkansas type
-good model overall
-love how the length of the whistle depends on how long you hold it for
-the driving wheels are to thin
-good variants
overall 9/10
