[1.4.4.9] Disable Damage Spread

Description

Disables random damage spread and luck based damage spread rerolling.
No more +-15% damage.

It removes damage spread as a feature. Luck will not boost damage through that system as a result.

does it account for luck? luck effects the chance for better damage spread

When any damage is rolled it has a +-15% variance (with some influence by luck), this just removes that.

is it like lets say i use boomstick and all the bullets damage its just show 1 number ?
