No biggie, if I recall, I mentioned it to the Soundtrack Menu guy on 1/17, and I think he put out an update that just worked around it

Did a bunch of testing with the maps and different rooms and didn't hear anything out of the ordinary.

As of when you posted that, I had a lot of issues as well but it turned out to be because of the latest repentance update and that the mod config menu we were using became outdated/discontinued.

However if you use the Mod Config Menu Pure version that recently came out as well as the Mod Error Container mod it should fix all issues to have all soundtracks work as intended. (As well as any other issues you may have had with other mods.)
