Medieval Matriarchs Tenets To Doctrines: Looser Requirements

Description
Literally the same as the Medieval Matriarchs tenets to doctrines mod (link: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2836265921 ) but instead of the doctrines having the same requirements as their tenet counterparts the requirements are loosened:
- Requirements based on your religion / culture group removed
- Requirements based on your religion's other tenets or doctrines are still there.

Heralds of Ragnarok still requires the Northern Lords dlc, but no longer requires the religion to be Asatru/a derivative of Asatru. Still cannot be pacifist, warmonger (has the effects of warmonger rolled into it: no having both would not stack the effects) or astrology (same as warmonger... except the naval speed actually would stack).

There are a lot of cases where doctrines can be used alongside each other even though their equivalent tenets cannot. Most of these are just because of certain tenets in MM being upgraded, combined or combined and then upgraded (*Heralds of Ragnarok noises*) versions of other tenets and so being able to double them up with what they're upgraded or merged versions of would either be redundant or overpowered. My playtest of this mod went on a while with me messing around with a lot of combos and nothing caused a crash or other problems of that sort so what's in danger here is your precious piety and balance.

This requries Medieval Matriarchs to work properly. Load order shouldn't matter but uh put MM first cos it just feels right. A lack of Medieval Matriarchs won't crash the game but is very ugly and doesn't let you get the full effects of the doctrines/tenets.

Bug/Issue:
Too many sins / virtues causes the GUI to go wonky. Fix to this in the fun fact below.

Fun fact:
This mod makes it not only possible, but recommended to play with both More Tenet Slots and Medieval Matriarchs. You won't get the Medieval Matriarchs tenets but will still get these doctrines that do the same things as those tenets and More Tenet Slots fixes the above bug. Additionally: the absolute insanity of being able to use most base-game tenets at the same time as the MM ones. The only problem with this is that the reformed versions of the faiths, which are normally really cool when you use MM, become the same boring ones from vanilla.

My impressively awful youtube channel. Videos will either be explaining one of my mods or stuff in stories I'm writing: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCq2ULiT-uUkuIDXLY8JYxtA
